In English 11 you will master skills in reading, writing, language, and speaking and listening to become college and career ready according to the Common Core State Standards using informational text and literature to include but not be limited to: The Crucible, The Great Gatsby, Of Mice and Men, To Kill A Mockingbird, Death of a Salesman, and further works by American authors like Emerson, Thoreau, and Poe. You will also gain 5 credits toward graduation and fulfill a required course.
